Hot Hatha

Taught at 90 degrees and provides an environment to release both physical and emotional tension through the practice of Asanas (Postures) and pranayama (Breath). The added heat is a tool to help lengthen the muscles fibers, irrigate the kidneys, stimulate the circulatory system and open the breath.

Yoga Nidra

"Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditative practice that helps to slow the brain waves, increasing the release of Melatonin, allowing for the deepest state of relaxation and rejuvenation. Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra can equal a night of sleep. In this state, you can deepen your life intention and release behavioral patterns that are no longer serving you in a positive manner.

Imagination Yoga

Carves out a time and offers a space for relaxation, movement, imagination and joy. A certified Imagination Yoga teacher uses adventure themes to guide students ages 5-12 through a kids yoga class designed just for them. Each adventure introduces developmentally appropriate kids yoga poses, kindness activities, calming techniques and concentration exercises.

DANCE Line Dance Basics

Beginner level line dances will be taught to music we all like in pop, country, hip-hop, and R&B.  Learning to line dance builds confidence and is the solution to those times when you don't have a partner.  Instruction in learning to "hear" the music and what to do with your feet when you find the beat.  No partner required.

Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This class is designed for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis. All yoga postures can be modified from less challenging to more challenging, whatever place you are in today. Class begins with a pause to center the mind, and then moves through warm up to prepare the body for postures. The postures are designed to build strength but most importantly to bring awareness to how important the breath is to movement. Savasana at the end of class allows the body to recover and assimilate the work of the class. 


Buti Flow removes the cardio-intensive tribal dance and plyometrics of a traditional Buti Yoga class and  fuses power yoga with body sculpting primal movement through a dynamic yoga flow. This class also utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.


Sculpt is a 30 min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that utilizes some Buti Yoga movements as well as classic plyometrics for “high” periods and yoga asanas for resting “low” periods. The goal is complete muscle fatigue for specific muscle sets. This builds muscle, burns fat and boosts resting metabolism at the maximal rate.


Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of postures. The primary focus of this class is strength building while moving with the breath. The strength building postures are linked by a sun salutation flow interspersed with plenty of stretching postures to lengthen muscles and balance postures to promote concentration and calm.


Buti Yoga is a seamless blend of Dynamic Yoga Flow, dance, and primal movements that tones the entire body while also promoting self love. You can expect lively & loud music and a lot of sweat. The word “Buti” is a Marathi Indian word meaning “the cure to something secret or hidden.”


Powwow/Yoga Infusion is a Movement Practice that combines Native American Powwow Dancing with Yoga. 

The idea is to get your Cardio , Strengthening  and Stretching all in One Workout. Add Breathwork and Meditation and you get an overall 3 Dimentional Workout. 

Powwow/Yoga Infusion bridges the gap between the group fitness and Yoga worlds but also adds that Cultural Element . Our Native Drumbeat is an original language of its own . We feel a unique connection through that drum beat and we remember . The intricate footwork fine-tunes your precision.

Powwow Dancing is high energy, gets the heart rate up and the lungs working . A great way to shed weight and build stamina. 

Powwow dancing is also a great way to Ground yourself. Through the Intentional steps and stomping with feet to Earth/Ground we can ground our Chakras and bring more balance to our spiritual body.

A Vinyasa Yoga Flow is woven into each class with conscious breathwork.

Which gives the body a well rounded workout and creates deep muscle toning and deep extension and flexibility. Also allowing students to practice mind control in challenging or uncomfortable situations. 

Powwow/Yoga Infusion is the perfect Practice to bring balance to our Physical, mental and spiritual bodies.

Warrior Training

Everybody at heart is a Warrior, no matter your age or gender! That is our human nature. It is up to you to determine what kind of physical warrior you want to become and what state of physicality you want your body to be in! Warrior training is about overcoming physical exercise.

Warrior Training is a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), speed and agility programs, muscle endurance combined with strength training, kettlebell and dumbbell fusion, sandbag and battle ropes all finally integrated with core workouts. Each warrior training session is designed to focus on functional muscle groups, cardio, and the core.

The challenge is believing you can do the workout. There is no sugar coat here…it is as hard as you make it out to be! Every exercise can be modified to fit your limitations or physical demands. Understand, you are your worst enemy and worst critic. Bring out the warrior in you!
