Perfect For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Hot Hatha

Taught at 90 degrees and provides an environment to release both physical and emotional tension through the practice of Asanas (Postures) and pranayama (Breath). The added heat is a tool to help lengthen the muscles fibers, irrigate the kidneys, stimulate the circulatory system and open the breath.

Yoga Nidra

"Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditative practice that helps to slow the brain waves, increasing the release of Melatonin, allowing for the deepest state of relaxation and rejuvenation. Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra can equal a night of sleep. In this state, you can deepen your life intention and release behavioral patterns that are no longer serving you in a positive manner.

Imagination Yoga

Carves out a time and offers a space for relaxation, movement, imagination and joy. A certified Imagination Yoga teacher uses adventure themes to guide students ages 5-12 through a kids yoga class designed just for them. Each adventure introduces developmentally appropriate kids yoga poses, kindness activities, calming techniques and concentration exercises.

DANCE Line Dance Basics

Beginner level line dances will be taught to music we all like in pop, country, hip-hop, and R&B.  Learning to line dance builds confidence and is the solution to those times when you don't have a partner.  Instruction in learning to "hear" the music and what to do with your feet when you find the beat.  No partner required.

Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This class is designed for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis. All yoga postures can be modified from less challenging to more challenging, whatever place you are in today. Class begins with a pause to center the mind, and then moves through warm up to prepare the body for postures. The postures are designed to build strength but most importantly to bring awareness to how important the breath is to movement. Savasana at the end of class allows the body to recover and assimilate the work of the class. 


A full-body jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, pilates, strength movements, plyometrics and isometric poses.


Buti Flow removes the cardio-intensive tribal dance and plyometrics of a traditional Buti Yoga class and  fuses power yoga with body sculpting primal movement through a dynamic yoga flow. This class also utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.


Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses linked through a flow of sun salutations.  The main focus is connection with breath and movement with the breath.  DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas


Broga® combines traditional power yoga with functional fitness exercises. The result is a practice that builds muscle, improves flexibility, reduces risk of injury, relieves stress and improves balance. It's a practice that brings about positive change in men and women alike. Broga brings that kind of fitness-based yoga to the masses with classes designed for people who can’t touch their toes but still need this kind of training.
